Our client, a large real estate brokerage with agents worldwide, came to us with a desire to build an attraction campaign. As a result of their rapid expansion, we had created a number of fairly similar campaigns and so we needed to approach a familiar project with new ideas.

Working together with Copywriter Toby Williams, our solution was to consider some of the barriers to an agent switching to this brokerage; amongst them a lack of stimulation. Maybe the agent is comfortable currently, or doesn't recognise the benefits of switching. The resulting concept challenges and incentivises agents to make the switch.​

Using a combination of sharp, witty headlines, and a ‘meta’ design concept involving motivational posters, this proof of concept is all about attracting ambitious, positively-charged agents and motivating them to better their career
